Wastewater disposal
Water disposal of facilities is carried out on the basis of an agreement concluded between the unitary enterprise "Water Systems of the Industrial Park" and the consumers of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park.
The enterprise is certified by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the provision of water supply services.
Payment for the service is carried out monthly. At the end of the month, the amount of household and rainwater runoff (readings of the meter) at the user’s drainage outlet is recorded with the drawing up of an act, signed by both parties.
In the absence of a metering device for the discharge of domestic wastewater, user pays for the service by to the consumption of water supply service according to the act.
The cost of sewerage services is determined according to the tariffs.
When concluding contracts for water supply, the company is guided by the following regulatory documents:
If the user discharges wastewater into the wastewater system of an industrial park in excess of the established maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants in wastewater, the user pays for wastewater discharge tenfold from the current tariff on the date the excess is detected until the violation is eliminated.
