Domestic waste water laboratory control
The qualitative composition of wastewater, admissible for discharge into the domestic sewage network, is determined in the contracts and technical conditions for the Users wastewater disposal.

Laboratory control over the discharge of domestic wastewater by the Users into the general network of the park is carried out at the points of connection to the network of the domestic sewage system, by taking samples from control wells to determine the quality parameters of wastewater in accordance with the LTV specified in the technical specifications of the Users.
If the user discharges wastewater with excess of the maximum permissible concentration of pollutants, he shall shall reimburse the actual and documented losses caused through his fault.
To implement the process of automatic control and regulation of the process of purification of incoming wastewater, control of precipitates and volumes of water flows and supplied air, the necessary flow meters and sensors for analytical control of the quality of wastewater at the purification stages are installed at the wastewater treatment plant.

Laboratory control of discharged wastewater is carried out with the frequency established by the environmental legislation of the Republic of Belarus (EkoNiP 17.01.06-001-2017 "Environmental protection and nature management. Environmental safety requirements").The standards for permissible discharges of pollutants permitted for discharge as part of wastewater into a surface water body (Usha River) are established in the Permit for special water use issued by the Minsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.

Also the object of laboratory control is the surface waters of the river. Usha in the background section located upstream of the wastewater discharge site and the control section located downstream of the wastewater discharge site. Sampling locations are indicated on the schematic map.
