Laboratory control over the discharge of rainwater by the Users into the general network of the park is carried out at the points of connection to the network of the rainwater sewage system, by taking samples from control wells to determine the quality parameters of wastewater in accordance with the LTV specified in the technical specifications of the Users. If the user discharges wastewater with excess of the maximum permissible concentration of pollutants, he shall shall reimburse the actual and documented losses caused through his fault.

Laboratory control of discharged wastewater is carried out with the frequency established by the environmental legislation of the Republic of Belarus (EkoNiP 17.01.06-001-2017 "Environmental protection and nature management. Environmental safety requirements"). The standards for permissible discharges of pollutants permitted for discharge as part of wastewater into a surface water body (Usha River) are established in the Permit for special water use issued by the Minsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
