Technical specifications

The enterprise prepares technical specifications for connecting the facility to the water supply systems, household and rainwater drainage systems of the industrial park.

To obtain technical specifications for connecting the facility to water supply systems, household and rainwater sewerage systems, you must send an application to the Joint Closed Joint Stock Company "Company for the Development of an Industrial Park". It is also necessary to attach to the application a diagram of the location of the object (situational plan) indicating borders of the site.

The minimum period for carrying out the administrative procedure is 7 working days, in some cases the period may be extended up to 14 working days. 

Technical specifications are provided to the user free of charge.

Technical conditions are issued taking into account the development prospects of the industrial park (based on its master plan) and determine:

• place of connection to centralized water supply systems;
• drainage (sewerage) - street, network section or well;
• validity period of technical conditions;
• special conditions, including requirements for the design and construction of water supply systems, sewerage of the customer, based on the experience of operating water supply, sewerage systems in the industrial park.

The technical conditions give following information

To connect to centralized water supply systems:

• the diameter of the water supply network and the guaranteed pressure at the point of connection;
• requirem ents for metering devices and metering unit arrangement;
• water consumption limit and mode of supply (receipt) of drinking water (for users);
• other special technical requirements for the implementation of the connection.

• diameter of the drainage network (sewerage) at the point of connection;
• standard for wastewater disposal (wastewater discharge), reception conditions, wastewater disposal (discharge) mode (for users);
• requirements for the device for sampling and the device for the metering unit (for users);
• requirem ents for metering devices and metering unit arrangement;
• other special technical requirements for the implementation of connection, including the device of a control well (for users).

The term of validity of the technical specifications is 2 (two) years before the start of construction, then - until the date of acceptance of the facility into operation (3.1.10.2 of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus Number 156 （February 17, 2012, edited on July 14, 2017).

If it is necessary to change the technical conditions during the period of their validity, the customer must apply in writing for obtaining new technical conditions to the Joint Closed Joint Stock Company "Company for the Development of an Industrial Park".
