Unauthorized connection to water supply system – the amount of consumed water is determined by the throughput of the water supply (connection) at a water speed of 2 m/s in it and its full cross-section action for 24 hours a day;

Unauthorized connection to water sewerage system:

for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs - the amount of wastewater is determined by the throughput of the connection to the sewerage system (sewerage) based on the filling factor of the connection equal to 1, the wastewater flow rate of 1.2 m / s and the operation of the connection for 24 hours a day;

The time period for which the calculation of the volumes of water and wastewater is made is thirty days.

In case of detection of wastewater and (or) liquid waste discharged by sewage trucks, carried out in places not established by the enterprise on the territory of the industrial park, and (or) without a valid contract for the reception of wastewater and (or) liquid waste into a centralized sewerage system of the industrial park, the calculation of the volume of discharged wastewater and (or) liquid waste is carried out according to the maximum volume of the sewage truck multiplied by 100.

1. establishing the fact of an unsatisfactory technical condition of water facilities and devices that are within the boundaries of the operational responsibility of the user, consumer, which may lead to a violation of the operating mode or an emergency situation on centralized water supply and sewerage systems, or non-compliance by the user, consumer with the requirements of the organization within 15 days after the relevant requirement is presented by the water supply and disposal organization;
2. obtaining an order or decision of local executive and administrative bodies and (or) bodies executing supervision and control in the field of drinking water supply and control in the field of environmental protection;
3. the organization of water supply and utilization services carry out scheduled preventive repairs and maintenance work on centralized water supply, sewerage (sewerage) systems to which the user, consumer is connected, as well as work on the connection of new subscribers, consumers;
4. detection of unauthorized connection of a user, consumer to centralized water supply and sewerage systems.
5. connection to centralized water supply systems without the installation and use of water meters or violation of the metering device connection rules, breaking of seals, and other cases of violation of accounting for consumed drinking water and discharged wastewater;
6. non-fulfillment by the user, consumer of obligations to pay for the consumed water supply, water sewerage services;
7. non-admission of the representative of organization of water supply and utilization services by user, consumer to the water supply, sewerage (sewerage) systems and metering devices belonging to them on the right of ownership, economic management, operational management or other legal basis in order to control their technical condition and the check presentation of data on the volumes of consumed and discharged water.

1. non-admission by user of water and wastewater management organization representative to the control wells for wastewater sampling;

2. power supply termination of water facilities and devices for water supply of the organization of water supply;
3. taking urgent measures to prevent the occurrence and (or) liquidation of an accident, damage in the water supply system, drainage (sewerage) or natural and man-made emergencies at water facilities and devices;
4. the need to increase the supply of drinking water to places of fire in order to eliminate it;
5. detection by the organization of water supply and utilities more than three times the excess of permissible concentrations in the composition of industrial wastewater after local treatment facilities.

The enterprise has the right to demand from the User compensation for damage caused to the water supply and sewerage system, to apply the measures established by law in case the Subscriber fails to comply with the requirements of this Agreement in the manner prescribed by the legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.
