Bottled water quality control
The objects of quality control of the technological process of bottled water production are:
- source water;
- consumer packaging, closures and packaging;
- technological equipment;
- finished products.
Industrial laboratory control of the source water is carried out on the basis of the Work program for industrial control of drinking water quality.
Industrial laboratory control of finished products is carried out for each individual batch for compliance with the requirements of the Regulations for bottling water and the Technical Conditions and Technical Requirements of Customs Union.
Production control of consumer packaging, closures and packaging materials is carried out by means of incoming control of materials on the basis of safety data sheets and quality data sheets
Bottling water manufactory has a sanitary and hygienic certificate, issued by Smolevichi District Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, which means that all technological equipment involved in the technological process meets the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
