The Unitary Enterprise "Water Systems of the Industrial Park" carries out economic activities aimed at ensuring uninterrupted water supply and sewerage, as well as rational and efficient use of water resources in the territory of "Great Stone" Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park.
Currently, the company provides water supply to all objects of the industrial park (“Park-1" water intake), reception and treatment of wastewater at wastewater treatment plants with discharge into Usha river (wastewater treatment plant), reception and treatment of wastewater at treatment facilities of surface wastewater with discharge into Usha river (rainwater treatment plant). Water supply and sewerage activities are carried out on the basis of Permit for Special Water Use issued by the Minsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
"Park-1" water intake consisting of 6 artesian wells is intended to provide consumers with water supply services in the territory of the park. Total productivity of artesian wells is 8640 m3 / day. "Park-1" water intake is located on the territory of "Volmyansky" and "Pekalinsky" biological reserves. Underground waters are represented by the Dnieper-Sozh aquifer complex. The quality of groundwater meets the requirements of the current hygienic standards.
The company carries out production and wholesale of bottled drinking water. To comply with the hygienic standards of drinking water packaged in containers in accordance with the requirements of TR CU, drinking water is subjected to additional disinfection using ultraviolet radiation.

Surface rainwater from the park enters the receiving chamber of the rainwater treatment plant through a gravity collector with a capacity of 224 l / s. The volume of surface wastewater discharged from the park in 2018 is 25,619.0 m3. The discharge of treated rain wastewater is carried out in the Usha river, in accordance with the concentration of pollutants in the composition of wastewater discharged into a surface water body established in the Permit.

In accordance with the developed household sewerage scheme, wastewater from the territory of priority development zone of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park, as well as from Sokol village and the Republican unitary enterprise "National Airport Minsk" enters the household sewerage system and then after going through wastewater treatment plant is discharged into Usha river. The productivity of the wastewater treatment plant for the starting zone of priority development zone of the industrial park is 13154.00 m3 / day. The maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants in the composition of wastewater discharged into a surface water body are established in the Permit for special water use.
