Production
Unitary enterprise "Water Systems of the Industrial Park" has its own water intake from six wells of drinking artesian water and produces bottled drinking water under "Great Water" trademark .
Due to the unique location of underground water sources on the territory of the "Volmyansky Biological Reserve", the quality indicators of still drinking water "Great Water" belong to the first class; bottling takes place without artificial changing of chemical composition and physical properties of water.
Production stages
Water extraction
Water is extracted by a submersible pump and is supplied through sealed pipes from the well without contact with the environment and humans to the bottling workshop
Disinfection
Water is disinfected using UV germicidal devices.
Bottling
Before bottling, the inner and outer surfaces of the bottles are washed, disinfected and rinsed. After that, the bottle goes to the filling workshop.
Bottled water quality control
Each batch of bottled natural drinking water is put through laboratory tests for compliance with the requirements of EAEU TR 044/2017 "Safety of packaged drinking water, including natural mineral water", CU TR 021/2011 "Food safety"
