Order Placing

Placing an order takes several steps.
After selecting goods, click the "Add to cart" button - the goods will be added to your cart.

After that, if you have finished choosing goods, click the "Your Cart" button. The "Your Cart" page will list all the items you have selected. In the "Quantity" field, you can change the quantity of items to purchase. After changing the quantity of goods, you must press the "Recalculate" button to recalculate the total amount of the order.

In the "Actions" column, you can perform the following actions on each item: either remove the item from the cart, or postpone the item for the future. You can also enter the discount code in the corresponding field.

By placing an order on the website greatwater.by, you agree with  the terms of delivery and payment.

Order confirmation

After entering the necessary information about the delivery of the goods (name of the recipient, delivery address, contact information, delivery method, payment method, etc.) to place an order, you need to click the "Checkout" button.
A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail specified when placing the order.

Attention! Incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delay! Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order. The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.

Some time after the purchase, you will be contacted by our manager by the contacts specified during the ordering process.
It will be possible to arrange the exact time and terms of delivery with the manager, as well as clarify the details.
